To New Players :    Please fill out attached Waiver Form and mail to address provided with fee

Returning Teams :  Please fill out Waiver Form and hand in to Team Rep with assigned fee

Fees 2008

Single Registration = $130 (inlcudes Banquet Ticket) New players only - Executive to assign team

Team Registration = $1750 (inlcudes 10 Banquet Tickets)

New Team Registration = $1850 (inlcudes $100 refundable Bond & 10 Banquet Tickets)  Base Bag and Bases provided for use.
